This page describes how content on Satyora is researched, written, and maintained.

Sources We Rely On

Content on this site draws primarily from classical texts and traditional lineage teachings:

Ayurveda

Jyotish

Yoga

Translations and Commentaries

We use reputable translations by scholars with established credentials in Sanskrit and traditional study. When interpretations vary between sources, we note the variation rather than presenting one view as definitive.

How Content Is Developed

Research. Articles begin with review of primary sources and respected commentaries. We cross-reference multiple texts when possible.

Traditional context. We aim to present concepts as they exist within their original framework, noting where modern usage has diverged from classical meaning.

Practical application. Where appropriate, we include guidance on how principles apply to daily life, clearly distinguishing between textual teaching and practical suggestion.

Review. Content is reviewed for accuracy and clarity before publication. We welcome corrections from knowledgeable readers.

What We Do Not Do

Updates and Corrections

Articles may be updated as our understanding deepens or when errors are identified. Significant changes are noted with revision dates.

If you find an error or have a correction to suggest, please contact us at hello@satyora.com. We take accuracy seriously and appreciate reader input.

A Note on Anonymity

This site does not prominently feature individual author credentials. This is intentional. The focus is on the teachings themselves, not on personal authority. We believe content should stand on the quality of its research and the clarity of its presentation, not on who wrote it.

That said, the content here is developed by someone with years of formal study in these traditions under qualified teachers. We are transparent about our approach and sources precisely because we cannot rely on name recognition.
