5-Minute Reset
Stand barefoot on the ground (or imagine it). Plant your feet hip-width apart in Tadasana. Take 10 slow breaths, feeling your weight sink into the earth. On each exhale, silently repeat LAM. Place your hands on your thighs and feel the solidity of your body. Close by pressing your feet firmly into the floor and saying: "I am here. I am safe."
Sacral Chakra

"I allow myself to feel fully and to flow with life's changing rhythms."
5-Minute Reset
Sit comfortably and place both hands on your lower belly. Close your eyes and breathe warmth into this area for 5 breaths. Begin gentle circles with your hips — small, slow, fluid. Silently chant VAM with each exhale. Return to stillness and hold your hands on the belly, feeling warmth spread. Close by saying: "I allow myself to feel."

5-Minute Reset
Sit tall with your hands on your navel. Take 3 deep breaths, then practice 20 rounds of Kapalabhati (sharp exhales through the nose, passive inhales). Rest and feel the warmth at your center. Silently chant RAM 7 times. Visualize a golden flame at your navel, steady and bright. Close by saying: "My fire is my own."

"I open my heart to give and receive love freely and without fear."
5-Minute Reset
Sit with your palms on your chest. Feel your heartbeat. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 8 counts — repeat 5 times. On each exhale, silently chant YAM and imagine a green light expanding from your chest. Think of someone you love and let that warmth fill you. Close by saying: "I give and receive love freely."

"I speak my truth clearly, kindly, and without apology."
5-Minute Reset
Sit tall and gently roll your neck in slow circles, 3 times each direction. Take a deep breath and hum on the exhale — a long, resonant hum that vibrates your throat. Repeat 5 times, letting each hum last the full exhale. Silently chant HAM 7 times. Close by saying aloud: "My voice matters."
Third Eye Chakra

"I trust my inner vision and allow it to guide me alongside reason."
5-Minute Reset
Sit with your eyes closed. Bring your gaze gently upward to the point between your eyebrows (do not strain). Breathe slowly and silently chant OM with each exhale for 10 breaths. Let go of the gaze direction and simply observe the darkness behind your closed eyes. Notice any colors, light, or patterns without grasping. Close by saying: "I see clearly."

5-Minute Reset
Sit in stillness with your palms facing upward on your knees. Close your eyes and imagine a beam of soft white or violet light entering through the top of your head. Breathe naturally without controlling the breath. Release all effort — all trying, all doing. Simply be present for 3 minutes of silence. Close by placing your palms together at the heart and bowing your head gently.
