2:00 - 6:00 AM Vata

- Drink warm water
- Meditate, pray, or practice pranayama
- Begin morning hygiene: tongue scrape, oil pull, nasal oil
6:00 - 10:00 AM Kapha
- Abhyanga (self-massage with warm oil)
- Exercise -- best time for vigorous movement
- Bathe after exercise
- Light, warm breakfast (optional for Kapha types)
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pitta
- Eat your largest meal -- agni is strongest
- Focused mental work, problem-solving
- Walk 100 steps after eating
- Make important decisions
2:00 - 6:00 PM Vata
- Creative work, brainstorming, writing
- Communication and collaboration
- Light snack if hungry (warm, grounding)
- Gentle movement or walk
6:00 - 10:00 PM Kapha
- Light supper before 7 PM
- Wind down: reading, gentle conversation
- Dim lights, no screens after 9 PM
- In bed by 9:30, asleep by 10:00
10:00 PM - 2:00 AM Pitta
- Deep sleep -- body repairs and detoxifies
- Liver cleansing happens during this window
- Keep the room cool and dark
Morning Essentials
- Warm water upon waking
- Tongue scraping (7-14 strokes, copper)
- Nasal oil (2 drops sesame oil per nostril)
- Abhyanga or oil on head, ears, and feet
- 5-10 minutes meditation or pranayama
Evening Essentials
- Light dinner before 7 PM
