About the Chakra System

Seven Energy Centers

The chakra system maps seven primary energy centers along the spine, from the base (Muladhara) to the crown of the head (Sahasrara). Each governs specific physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. When prana flows freely through all seven, we experience health, clarity, and wholeness.

Balance, Not Perfection

Chakras are not static -- they respond to life circumstances, stress, seasons, and inner work. A "low" score does not mean something is broken. It means that energy center is asking for attention. The goal is awareness and gentle, consistent practice rather than forced correction.

Bottom-Up Foundation

The lower chakras form the foundation for the upper ones. Muladhara (safety) supports Svadhisthana (feeling), which supports Manipura (will). If your root is unstable, working on the throat or third eye will feel ungrounded. Start where the foundation needs strengthening.
